Step 1: Introduction & Evaluation
Each participant starts with an onboarding call and a personalized evaluation.
We learn about their current skills, role duties, and goals to establish an accurate starting point for training.
Step 2: Plan Development
Using data from the evaluation, job descriptions, and manager input, we develop an individualized learning plan.
Each plan combines AEP’s on-demand video lessons with a weekly one-on-one coaching schedule, milestone tracking, and measurable results.
Typical plans span 4–6 weeks.
Step 3: Coaching & Guidance
Participants meet weekly with their Program Advisor, who ensures progress, answers questions, and provides ongoing feedback.
Supervisors receive weekly status updates, so you can monitor progress without managing the process yourself.
Step 4: Success & Continuing Education
Once they complete the program, employees get full access to AEP’s learning materials for 12 months to stay current and reinforce their knowledge.
